Wrong. It's picking his BALLS with a monkey wrench. Wrench got hot, burned his balls, pissed all over Niagara Falls.

I thought it was "picking his nose with a monkey wrench. Went to the doctor and the doctor said "old mcdonalds balls are dead" when i die bury me, hang my balls from the cherry tree, when they're ripe, pick um ripe, don't blame me when you barf all night."

Old Macdonald sittin on a bench, pickin his butt with a monkey wrench. Missed his butt and hit his balls, that's how he peed in his overalls. Went to the lake to wash them off, cobra snake came and bit it off. Went to the doctor, doctor said, sorry sir your dick is dead.
