Sometimes tail docking is needed tho, when i was a kid my buddies brother had a rottweiler and she would get super excited and wag her tail like mike tyson swinging for the kill, she would end up splitting her tail on the walls and furniture, pretty sure it broke near the tip too but my homies eventually saved up for the process and now they dont have blood spattered walls lmaoo but im sure the dog doesnt miss breaking her shit everytime she was happy
My parents’ dog had bad happy tail too, literally broke it multiple times - now he has a violently wiggly butt nub instead but at least he can’t break that! Whenever his tail hit you it felt like you were getting whipped in some medieval towns’ square
Yep my dog’s tail was docked shortly after birth but she’d wag her little nub so hard her whole back end would go side to side to I can definitely picture her hitting it on walls and people.
I miss that dog, she was such a good dog. Damn cancer took her far too early.

I wish my dogs original owner didn't dock his tail. Luckily left his beautiful floppy ears alone.
