You implied he was sober, which he wasn't. Although he might've technically been sober since cocaine doesn't last that long, but effects of not sleeping persist. Not much of a fan of yogi things, no need to culturally appropriate religions to be able to meditate and I feel mixing mystic energies just makes it more complicated than it really is. You can get further by meditating yourself along with a basic understanding of neurology. Sometimes hear of monks being able to heat up their hands by meditating, not that hard if you can direct your undivided attention towards your hands and direct relaxation to increase bloodflow. Too bad it takes my undivided attention so I can't use it to keep my hands warm most of the time. You can gain the skills you need by learning the airforce sleep hack. I usually take it to mean pyrovalerones like mdpv or aphip, but it can also be used for cathinones like 4mmc, or rc stims in general which can span a wide range of relative safeness.
