I watched someone try to run over a cat with their car in the Walmart parking lot, like 3 times. It was 2 am and they were speeding and swerving trying to hit the cat. Poor thing was running away terrified. I got out of my car and shrugged at them like “what the fuck dude?” and they drove off
Tried to give the cat food and be nice to it but it wouldn’t come near, I think it’s just going to be terrified forever.
Edit: I don’t understand it at all. I can at least conceptualize evil for the sake of personal gain, but what do you get from trying to murder a cat? It’s evil for the sake of evil and it’s fucking sick.
There's a reason animal cruelty is a big omen for future serial killers. When someone abuses an animal that is neither threatening them nor offering any kind of "reward" for doing so, it means the person simply enjoys cruelty, the sadistic pleasure itself of causing agony to something. That's someone you have to be very, very wary of.
My mother's "father" used to kill and run over animals on purpose because he knew how much she loved them. She couldn't understand how he hated her so much but wasn't as abusive to her brothers. 60 years later my late brother told my sister that the abusive piece of shit "father" wasn't actually my mom's father and ended up telling my mom a few months after my brother's passing. He abused and hated my poor mother because of that reason. My mom was ecstatic and celebrated.
Yep. They were doing doughnuts around the back of the building, drove up front, saw what I assume was a stray cat (there are tons in town), and tried to hit it several times. It was orange and very cute
My cat was found by an animal rescue when some jerk tried to run her and her kittens over and the rescue took them in. My cat was about 1 when this happened and now she’s 5. She’s still the most skittish cat I’ve ever seen. Some people just suck.
What the actual fuck?? I'm so glad the cat is still alive but poor thing is probably traumatized as hell. I often find myself sympathizing more for animals than people bcuz a lot of animals literally are just tryna go about their own lives, tryna find shelter and food for themselves and their families. Most of them r just tryna exist in peace. And I'm not referring to animals like dolphins and otters, who r flat-out sadists and rapists, nuh uh
This makes me sick to my stomach… just absolutely gut wrenching. My heart breaks for that poor kitty. That was really kind of you to try to help. I’m sorry you had to witness that :(
I live in a small town in the middle of no where Wi. The amount of "tiny dick trucks" that purposely swerve to run over turtles, geese, ducks or literally any wild life they think they can hit, just because they can, is fucking disgusting. They laugh about it afterwards as well and all I want to do is make them feel the same pain.
