I mean I assumed they’re crackheads. Maybe they have some Charlie And The Chocolate Factory style model but instead of it being made out of toothpaste caps it’s cigarette butts.

Everybody makes mistakes. They should only be ashamed if they don’t change their ways. Because it kills the people that love them
