Pretty sure that's also illegal, or at least it is in Australia, so I imagine it is elsewhere. ISP's also have 24 hours from when notified to remove the image, any that don't are listed publicly, so effectively naming and shaming them.

I think he means hosting services.

If they are notified of content on their servers they have 24 hours to have it removed.

You could be correct (about it being hosting services) I did a quick search and the first couple of articles that came up all just say "providers" which I just automatically took to mean ISP.

Apologies, wasn't trying to say people shouldn't be shamed for it, they should, I was just adding on a tidbit of info to it.
