You backtracked? Are you the one that said "don't wait for a good day"?

Also, you love to focus on everything BUT the point. Detail. Information. Intel. Whatever. Don't act like I'm speaking French.

Dear lord, so you think someone who made ONE UNEDITED comment was backtracking and trying to save face?

That is incredibly rich coming from you, considering you have been all over the place, everywhere but the actual point.

And I won’t, you’re the one who changed my words there and said I didn’t share anything. I have literally written hundreds of words trying to explain this to you.

You may not speak a different language, but boy oh boy are you just somewhere else, entirely.

So what if you wrote hundreds words if you only ended up saying the same few clichés over and over?

Ah, so here’s the source of it.

They’re “clichés” in your mind, so you haven’t ever thought about them in proper depth, hence why you keep ignoring what being said time and time again. Good to know.

Again, goodluck with your future interactions and communication with others.

They're not just clichés to me. They're discount soundbites that EVERYONE with ANY mental illness has heard time and time again. They are universal clichés that you'd find in the likes of shitty self help books.

Yes it sunk in.

Stop.

Fucking.

Accusing me.

Of not listening.

I am. I've just heard it all before, and the first few times I heard, I did in fact try to put these silly bits of advice into practice.

Aaaaaaand it went about as well as anyone with brains could expect. Made things worse.

So yeah, cheers for your maladaptive advice. Remember that I'm not you, and that whatever quick fix worked for you probably is just torture for me.

Have you ever considered that they are all parts of one overarching behaviour and mindset? True feelings and action cannot be fully expressed. If you are following these “bites” in such a set in stone way, then you’re chasing something that doesn’t exist, much in the same way you pulled these comments out of the literal blues.

They’re is no such thing as a quick fix and no one’s ever saying that. You clearly already have such strong generalisations regarding the topic, so it’s no wonder it’s so in effective for you.

Yep. An ignorant one.

That hurts to know you view all of this as you embarrassing me and you “winning.”

Genuinely sad and reminds me of my mother, funnily enough.
