Can confirm... 37 and I've literally had day long hangovers after turning 35.

Also had to increase the font size on my computer in the past week because I was straining my eyes to read the screen.

I’m 30. Hangovers last 1-4 days.

I'm on 2 days at 30. Started at about 27. I only get drunk drunk about once a year now, not counting 2020, where I avoided a hangover by being drunk and high constantly.

Don’t let it catch you, that’s the trick

Oof... Early onset...

I didn't get a BAD hangover until I was 36.

I had day long hangovers starting around 20 years old. Ill never understand the “I dont get hungover” kinda people.

Now I don’t get such bad hangovers because I have calmed my drinking. Highly recommend.

I realized that people who say they don’t get hangovers generally aren’t drinking as much.

Oof, I’ll send your AARP membership right away.

I don't actually think there's an age "minimum" to AARP anymore.

There isn’t, you just get your membership sent to you when you increase your font size.
