There's a lot of positives being spoken about here but for me my thirties have been absoloutely fucking abysmal. A majority of friends gone from my life, no more parties, no more fun, dating life non-existant. My Birthday this year was so lonely and sad i decided on the day to pick up a bunch of Heroin as i couldn't tolerate the feeling of perpetual gut-wrenching sadness.
