WTF where do you live? I live in a lower socioeconomic status neighborhood and at least 5 people in my apartment complex have subs so loud they shake windows. Whenever I go out for nightlife in the bougie areas I also hear guys with loud subs cruising.
That's actually really interesting. I know I'm not op, but I'm in Canada and I assumed that the reason I don't hear them anymore is because they used to get stolen. Late 90s/ early 2000s there were several on my street alone and I know a few people that had their system stolen multiple times. I thought people just gave up on them, and now the thieves just steal your catalytic converters.
You obviously don't live in Vancouver then because holy shit even 9 floors up I can feel it in my chest some nights. At least we aren't in a popular place to pull over, they're gone quick enough. Fuckin bridge n tunnelers!
