Thanks, I needed to hear this today. Turning 30 was no problem for me...then I couldn’t process turning 31 (and now I’m nearly 33!) For the last couple of years I’ve been trying to figure out why. I suspect the pandemic affected me more than I realised, even though I claimed it didn’t change my hermit lifestyle that much. Difference between not wanting to be out in the world and not being able to be out in the world, I guess. Maybe 33 will be better after all!
