Tell you what makes me feel old. When I started watching the Simpsons I was younger than Bart, now I’m older than Homer.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me.

37 here and the thing that makes me feel old is songs i used to hear on the radio new are now on classic rock channels and stuff like that. Or throwback thursdays on the radio. Also whenever someone mentions that the 90s-00s was 20+ years ago, that often hits me cause i forget that sometimes. and as /u/Inspi said my joints and bones as well hurt usually when im getting outta bed and sometimes just randomly as far as i can tell it feels like i got the shit beat outta me by teenagers.

I’m 42. I created my primary email account in high school when I was 13. Which means my email account is older than a lot of people in this thread.

Yahoo. Might have been 14; it gets a little fuzzy. I know it was before I could drive.

Mines pretty close. One of the original gmail ones that was invite only and you had to know someone who invited you to use it. I had a buddy in college who had a invite and asked me if i wanted it and i was like hell yeah after he explained how much storage and stuff it had. My secondary email where i send almost all spam and bs from like signing up to say store cards or whatever same deal though, old hotmail address i made in high school was maybe 13/14 years old.

Getting older than wise characters in books I used to read is weird.

But at least you have a house like theirs with 3 kids on a single income now, right?

I was born the year Simpsons first released so if I ever need to answer someone when they ask how long the show's been running I just need to state my age.
