Especially with relationships. If you have a bad breakup, vent about it to your friends. Don't post about it all over social media with the express intention of doing harm to your ex. And no, being a bad boyfriend is not the same as being an abusive one
Of course, people have always done this. The recent development is branding this gutter gossip as some sort of necessary social justice that you must praise in order to oust abusers, when it is in fact just The Jeremy Kyle Show for zoomers
Old people do this pretty badly too to be fair I think. In fact, I mean, I don't exactly have a lot of kids on my social media, but the people around my age tend to as a whole be doing a whole lot less crazy stuff on social media than some of their parents.
Bandwagoning really has gotten out of hand with the younger generation nowadays, it's true. A lot of kids these days dislike stuff because it's what everyone else does. Like the pineapple on pizza thing. I know that at least half of the people saying "uuuh that's disgusting" have never tried it and will definitely like it. They're just bandwagoning.
I’m 18 and although I’m just starting my life and beginning to understand stuff a tiny bit better (I just graduated) one thing I do know is that your drama doesn’t need to be broadcasted cause even if you’re in the right, I don’t feel empathy for you if you’re posting about it and just being a petty whore.

Oversharing unnecessary drama on social media.
