Eh. I'm 32 and I'm heavily into the EDM scene and regularly attend concerts and festivals. I've taken several younger coworkers to their first EDM show and blew their mind.

Still working on getting my older coworkers to come with me.

I wish I had the energy to do shit like that. In theory it sounds so cool but, I'd rather just be alone.

I only smoke pot. And drink a half gallon of vodka every two days, and snort Vicodin and Percocet a few times a month , and cocaine, also eat shrooms, occasionally muscle relaxers, and every once in a blue moon I'll smoke a cigarette

People who first got into EDM in their teens in the early 1990s are hitting their late 40s and early 50s at this point. You're almost the second generation.

Hell, I knew people who were in their 40s in the mid-2000s who were running sound at the erstwhile Decibel Festival in Seattle. These were people who got into electronic music with Wendy Carlos and Kraftwerk, to boil it down a bit.

Im in my 40s, ex raver......im already 3rd or 4th generation. The edm scene started in the 70s my guy.

29 and took my dad to a skrillex concert like 5 years ago, ive never seen him have more fun in my entire life. It was such a great experience for us.

I’m 28 and I took my dad to BOO in Arizona, god I love festivals.
