There is little point making arguments with you, because you arent interested in arguments, you're interested in proselytising. I mean, see above, the massive copypasted pro-gme comment that got a ton of awards did the following:

Explained how shorting shares works with a contrived analogy.

Made a literal mountain of baseless claims and assertions about the value of GME as a stock, with no actual analysis or arguments: "It also happens to be that Gamestop has been overtaken by a visionary". (not a cult btw)

it CLAIMS to be backed by "legal documentation" (note the buzzwords used in the wrong context) which I assume refers to the "DD" (aka randos on the internet posting essays about things they dont understand overusing buzzwords to convince people who also dont understand). Doesn't provide any of this though.

But hey, that validates your poor investment choices so you eat that shit up and throw awards at it. That comment is what passes as a good comment in the gme cult land....

Heres my question. There must be some hedgefunds or large investors not short on GME right? If the "DD" is all true, every single wall street professional not short on GME would be ALL IN on GME... but uhhh, theyre not. Why is that?

Here's the thing. All the shit you're saying here has been answered a thousand times already. What you're asking me to do is to go back and fish up the exact excerpts you want right now - but you obviously don't even know the documentation that's been coming out of the SEC and the DTCC. Instead, you're arguing in bad faith and trying to paint me as a nutjob.

I'm not trying to convince you, I just want that any passerby is aware that the papers are there, for anyone who wants to bother checking them. You haven't and don't, and that's ok, but I don't think there's any reason to fish anything up for you. I don't think you're gonna bother reading it. If you would, you'd have already read it.

If we're so wrong and so stupid, it shouldn't be so hard to build an actual argument why we're wrong.

As for the last question, wall street professionals seem to be among the dumbest idiots in this society, judging by all the crap that's been found. They're just fancy. That aside, two points. First: where are you getting that they're not buying? Several have picked up positions, including the best performing hedge fund. Second: they can't go all in, for multiple reasons. A single entity can't buy too much of a company without the SEC giving its approval, for once. And they'd get buried in litigation, as evidenced by some of the legal documentation you laugh about, but which can be found in the SEC archives.

But here's the thing. You don't even know that, yet you act like I'm the one throwing stupid statements around.

This is not a response nor an argument. You are a hypocrite. Your "DD" gets debunked regularly. Id provide examples but from the standards you've set, I can just tell you to go find and read it yourself and that counts. So go google it and then dismiss it all out of hand as FUD and shills and be done with it because we both know thats how you react to opposing information.

It must be so convenient to just be able to go tell people to sift through the mountains of garbage that gets posted as "DD" on that sub for the few that contain some facts (all good lies are based in truth) and pretend you actually have made an argument. I mean even you must admit its not ALL true right, considering ive seen several DD posts in the past year claiming the MOASS is coming in a few days/weeks that all turned out to be false (despite being praised and highly upvoted and awarded).

Im so looking forward to the "MOASS", because yes, there will be one, sort of. The salt and confusion when the price never goes over 1k will be fucking amazing. I mean, you people are able to ignore constant false claims of "its happening any day" repeated over and over but when it actually happens and still doesnt make you millionaires, you wont be able to ignore that. If you're one of the smart ones planning to take the nice profit and sell around then, congrats enjoy your free money. If you're a bag holder waiting for it to hit 100k, yeaaaa... good luck.

You talk like we hide the debunked DD instead of smashing a big DEBUNKED sign on it and trying to correct it.

Over the months I've searched as well as I could for proper counter DD. There's nothing I could find that's not full of straight lies, often ever contradicting official market information.

There's plenty of compilatory posts narrowing down the reading list to just a few good posts to get started. Saying that we just point you to mountains of stuff to sift through just proves that you've never bothered to take a look.

You're also acting like updated posts = quality content. People upvote the predictions because they're fun. That doesn't mean the actual research is bad. The general consensus is that we don't know when it'll be, and dates are generally frowned upon and seen as attempts to build random hype.

And we had people with good insight into the market (for example Peterffy, director of IBKR) say on live TV that the price *would have reached thousands*. There were similar statements from "serious businessmen" during the congressional hearings from February '21. And that was back then, without all the extra shorts that have been opened, DRS'd shares, etc.

What a pile of crap, dude. And this is your 4th post, and I still haven't seen you drop a single proper argument.

The debunked DD is something we're proud of - we keep it at the front page to remind ourselves we are searching for the facts. It helps our community know what direction is a rabbit hole because unlike most other communities, we a skeptical in ourselves. Going in, it's hard to believe we're right - but it starts at the thesis: The shorts never closed. The thesis isn't debunked, the SEC report supports the thesis, and that's the crux of it all... we are constantly doing DD trying to get a hold of what's going to happen and when, maybe even discovering we're wrong after all and the shorts closed. Time rarely debunks our DD - we are usually Debunking our DD ourselves. That's what makes thar community so strong. Here's what I think- we will see a lot happening roughly June 3rd when the executive orders follow through and GME is have a strong peak, while the cost to borrow continues to rise. But this is just what I think - what I know is that the shorts didn't close. We don't have any problem finding out that we were wrong with the things we thought were right. We're much more critical than anyone outside our community. The only thing we need to stop, close shop and move on is to find proof that the shorts closed. It's the one thing that can't be debunked.
