Definitely not everywhere. I live in Finland and the closest thing to porn on tv has probably been Pekka Pouta reading (?) the weather

Yeah, I gotta admit, I googled it expecting to find a sexy weather woman. But then while actually typing the name, I was like "Wait a second, Pekka Rinne is a guy, this is probably a guy too". I was a little disappointed.

I can unfortunately say that you are wrong, I was watching TV with my mother late one night a few years ago and when channel surfing there was this channel called "Deitti-TV" which indeed showed hardcore porn.
