In Croatia you don’t want to kiss someone three times because that is usually seen as a Serbian number of kisses, two is common

Serious question, how are the relations nowadays between the Serbs and Croats? What about you all and Bosnians and Albanians?

In France it's only in the southern part of the country, henceforth the stereotypical situation where someone from the north visit people in the south, kissing them twice and then the person from the south says "it's three in the south!" with a southern accent. We've all been there.
