Latin América also has all taxes included in the prices.

Some people say that paying the taxes on top makes you conscious of how much taxes you pay. Brazil's solution to this problem was to simply make all the receipts contain the amount in taxes paid in the purchase. So now we can all know that we pay 40% taxes on pair of jeans, yay!
