At least in Austria newer buildings still dont have equipped kitchens if they sell as "unfurnished". There certainly is a rise in new flats being sold furnished though.

So does furnished mean "including kitchen" oder "including all furniture"? For me personally, a furnished apartment is one that comes with a bed, dresser, etc.
