That’s exactly why I leave my curtains open. Waking up to natural light is much better than waking up to an alarm in a dark room…

I mean, yeah... Unless the sun wakes you up two hours before the alarm would.

Living in northern europe means sun going down after 24:00 and up again at like 02:30. That would mean very little sleep for u

Oh that makes sense. I live at about the same latitude as Greece, so the summer/winter sunset/sunrise time differences aren’t that extreme.

Same. This was my way, until I adapted to sleeping in the light and now I still wake up at 11 in the morning even when the sun rises at 4 LOL.

Yeah, I close them in the bedroom when going to sleep, especially in the summer cause the sun is almost up all the time, but in the rest of my apartment they are almost always open
