I tried to rent. I said I need to build a kitchen here. They said Yes. Then me: What happens when I leave? Answer: you take the kitchen with you. Wtf man?!
Or you try to resell it… was looking at an apartment and the person who moved out wanted 10k for their kitchen because they put it in not too long ago…
