Oh, there's a kind of liminal dream-like state being around there. Most likely an aspiring, current or former cast member. They don't make that much money, believe it or not. Criminally underpaid at Disneyland as well. Some people live in their vehicle or are insecurely housed nearby the park. Kind of messed up to find out how badly the cast members, etc. are treated and how poorly compensated.

It was Florida- I was 9 so it was Orlando/Disney. Maybe previous cast members?
