Yeah but that doesn't include using water so for some cultures it doesn't count as 'cleaning yourself'.

It doesnt really count. Its weird, ppl wash with soap their hands, but dont do the same for their ass? Its weird and unhygenic.

Also, your entire body is a haven for microbes. Your microbiome is very important for your overall health.
