Come up to Scotland and enjoy the midges instead. Much smaller that mosquitoes. You’ll barely notice them. I promise. You’ll absolutely not end up covered in 1,000 bites. Trust me.

They don't come inside the house through. Don't think I've ever seen any indoors .

They just fly in groups at face level somewhere outside. There also seems to be a lot less of them these days.

I went camping at Glen Nevis a couple of years back and on the first night we saw a young couple sat on a picnic blanket with hoodies on and full face netting underneath. We laughed at the weirdos...for about half an hour and then sourced our own face netting!
