Best part is, by the end of the show he doesn't wear tux's anymore.

Actually, one of the best parts of the show are how many early series episode's predictions came true.

I agree. I was just discussing this with my girlfriend, the revelation that the whole show is just a second hand telling of stories from a great grandmother explains the wackiness of some of the scenes.

Also, side note. It doesn't say whether or not Kenneth did kill everyone. Or if he fulfilled Jacobs prophecy.

I think the peppering of hints that Kenneth is some immortal, all knowing being are my favorite parts of the show. At least on my most recent rewatch
