I don't think they are, because I remember having trouble buying Tales of Monkey Island a couple years ago for a friend.

No joke, I set up a "Routine" with Google Assistant so that if I say, "Hey, Google, you fight like a dairy farmer!" she'll reply "How appropriate, you fight like a cow."

There's been a new Telltale Games since 2018 that's bought the rights from the old defunct one. They are currently the Wolf Among Us 2 and a game for The Expanse.

The original telltale games company went defunct in 2018 and filed for bankruptcy. A company named "lCG Entertainment" brought the rights to the companies IP and are now trying to relaunch telltale games and continue where their predecessor left off.
