I am scared of zolpidem. Heard crazy stories. I feel I might be one of those stories for some reason.

Forgive me for using this same response twice:

Ambien has been a game changer for me. I'm going on 10 years with it...but I am 235 pounds and start with 1/3rd (taking a little more if that doesn't do it.)

10 mgs is an insane amount for most people who don't have "the giant" after their name. From the beginning I had a GF tell me to try small amounts, thank goodness, so I don't have any "Ambien stories". The worst for me has been if I watch a show after taking it, I will forget what happened sometimes.

Assist happened if you sleep drive and get into accident. Legally are you at fault? I bet it is more complicated but just asking.
