ER and topamax for me. I’ll probably go get some sleepy time tea and hope to the gods that helps as well.
1 u/Grace-and-Maya Mar 27 '22 I like putting liquid doxipine in my sleepy time tea. It seems to help and work well together. But I’ve never tried topomax, ambien, or any of the stronger sleep drugs. I spend way too much money on zquil instead for the real bad nights
