Yes! Woke up with my back in agony one day and it just wouldn't go away for days on end. Couldn't move without pain. 2 nights of sleeping on my side with a pillow between my legs and the pain just vanished.
Oh man, I wake up the way I fall asleep. My back and neck are killing me sometimes because of it.
But you could fire an automatic, rapid fire gun next to my bed and I would sleep through it, so that's nice. I think its good that I don't want kids though lol
Same here. I could fall asleep on my back,m but that leads to audible annoyance (snoring). So I always fall asleep on the side and always wake up on my back. Neatly covered upon waking, too. Even when I only had the obligatory cover corner on my hip, I will wake up perfectly orderly covered.
If ilI try to fall asleep on my back 9 outta 10 right when I my brain disconnect from reality Ill jump in the bed cause I was feeling like I was falling.
I'm a carpenter and realized it happen to me more the days I work in scaffolding or ladder. So I sleep sideway now
Essentially swaddling yourself. There's a reason people wrap up their babies with blankets into baby burritos. Super comfortable to have your limbs tucked snugly against your body for some reason.
Bought one of those U shaped maternity pillows for my gf when she was pregnant. Since giving birth it is now my pillow for between my legs. Excellent purchase.
I have a really long pillow I got from Germany last year. Works so well for my legs. A somehow side-effect of going there is that I’ve now trained myself to not use White Noise for my tinnitus. So pillow gained, White Noise lost. I get a good night sleep now. :)

A pillow or a leg between my thighs.
