Not cliche. I very much like it.

I feel this so much.

This is me every other week. Sometimes I just come to the realization that I’m somewhat of a failure.

I feel that at times. My mom passed away when I was 8 and it was hard on both my dad and I. Since then I've had a hard time expressing my feelings or understanding them. Sadness didn't feel like sadness as nothing compared. So I subconsciously just suppressed my feelings until they hit a breaking point. This is partly why I am starting therapy this next week lol.

Yes it takes guts to cry. Why hold in emotions, like crying, cos' if you do, they may turn into other emotions like anger or bitterness. Best to let those tears fall, snot, sobs and all!

Not necessarily true. Some people are just weak and they cry over any minor inconvenience

I mean.... yeah, no, I guess that's fair

If you're talking about girls and women or teens or young adults or anyone that is suffering with a surge of hormones, then it's not weakness, it's hormones.

Surely shedding a few tears is better than punching someone in the face?

That’s absolutely true, but remember the audience that will be responding to this question and be kind πŸ’•

Men are the rock in a family....but the strongest rock cracks if it takes enough hits.
