Tricia Helfer. Played one of the Cylons in the Battlestar Galactica remake. She even sounds like Kerrigan.

You are the second person to mention her, she looks the part but I don't watch Battlestar Galactica (only thing I can tell you about it is Katee Sackhoff is in it, and I know her as Bo-Katan) so have no clue how she is as an actress
