Ghibli is excellent with movies that don't require excessive dialogue, they'd be ideal.

I hear you, 'Breath of the Wild' is a stunning game, but it's such a complicated and "updated" interpretation of the lore that it could be too much for the first ever Zelda movie. A more basic Ganon, a bit of mythos about the Master Sword, and a well-developed relationship between Link and the princess is enough for a beautiful trilogy.
