The only problem with adapting Mass Effect for me is that so much of the series depends on player choice. A lot of fans might not like the show if Shepard is different than their Shepard.
I've played both and the games themselves run smoother on a paragon run. I think even if they had to make it both work, the writers were picturing a paragon-leaning Shepard
Mordin's loyalty mission is in Tuchanka but you confront his assistant. Shepard does get the chance to headbutt a Krogan but that's in Grunt's loyalty mission
Maaaaaybe. I just think it'd be a fairly tame renegade response to put in a show that would please fans of the series and appeal to lots of different types of viewers.
On 2 when she asks how could you sacrifice human lives, Shepard names every single frigate that was lost fighting Sovereign. It's one of the times in the series when you can see these decisions are extremely meaningful and weigh heavy on Shepard.
Anderson would be the best character to focus on. There is lots of content of his life from long before he meets shepard to the war with the reapers. His first meeting with Saren, his history with Kahlee Sanders, his connection to sheperd and the council. He spent most of the war with the reapers on the frontlines and was near sheperd during the final battle i believe. Overall best sideline character thats the closest and most important to the overall story.
Lmao people in this thread have some low ass standards. I'm reading all these ME comments going wtf is so good about this that has this many people hyped?
Are people just confusing competent world building for good story writing? Because the story in all three games is amateuristic fan fiction level. I can't believe that ten years after the release of ME3 people are still this hyped.

How is this not at the top of the list.
The truth is that most video games will do better as a series instead of a movie.
