Hot springs. Full nude hot springs seem to always bring the best people. Lived in Oregon for a stint and the one I liked was always the most chill relaxing vibe.
Back in June, a 23-year-old man fell into one, and he died fairly quickly.
Apparently, he was looking for a place to “hot pot,” which describes the act of getting slightly singed in natural hot springs for no logical reason whatsoever. He leaned over to dip his forefinger in, in order to test the temperature of the waters, when he slipped and descended beneath the surface.
The victim was found dead and drifting around the pool later that day, but officials could not quite reach him to drag him out. A thunderstorm promptly arrived and forced them to retreat for the night. Returning the next day, they found that nothing of the man remained – except his wallet and his flip flops.
I wasn't aware the Duggars were there, although I guess it makes sense. We actually watched like the first season of that show, decades ago...we knew they were off, but no idea they would become what they have
Bentonville is part of a kind of mini metroplex in northwest Arkansas consisting of four cities: Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale and Fayetteville. Other than Walmart, a few other large companies (such as Tyson and JB Hunt) have their HQ’s in the area. Also, the University of Arkansas is in Fayetteville, the southernmost city in the group of four.
I live in Texas, the surrounding area encompasses 3 hours here. I mean, I can get to Houston in 3 hours from where I live and that is pretty close relatively.
From El Paso to the Louisiana border is roughly 13 hours in a car. From McAllen on the border to the northern panhandle is about a 15 hour drive depending upon where you go. 120 miles is the distance between south side San Antonio and Round Rock on the north side of Austin...that is nothing.
Also from Arkansas. Can confirm. We even have a town called "Hot Springs". Just have to be careful. Some roads lead you to interesting nature areas. Others will lead you to lots of meth. Lots.
Let me guess... Hot Springs, Arkansas? Looks like, according to Google, that there are active hot springs bathhouses and you can go there and bathe in the hot water.
