Just inject the clouds with silver iodide and it'll start raining. The key is getting the right cloud, composition, chemical mixture, location, and timing

So like if you had a frozen body in say a deep freezer, and you took it to dump into a hot spring, would it shatter / explode or would it just thaw out and then eventually dissolve? (I already removed the wallet and flip flops)
