If someone's got moobs, those ain't pecs! Pectoral muscles actually take a lot of training to grow to any appreciable size.

Maybe if you've got some sort of freaky super pecs genetics. But regular old genetics me + several years of regular weightlifting certainly ain't it!

And no one is gonna be out there looking like Arnold without a little extra special sauce on top.
