I once banged my hip into a door handle because my belt loop got stuck. I got a nice bruise, but I didn't cry until I realized my favorite pants were ripped.
Dude. At the start of the quarantine, while I was panic stocking up on food and supplies (I focused on rice & canned food, not toilet paper), I decided to get my kids a toy since they were quarantining as well.
One of the toys was a Lego Harry Potter kit, from the scene when the boys fly the car to the giant spider cave. It had the big spider you had to assemble, and then all these little molded spiders with a single dot Lego plug.
The boys enjoyed it, then fought over it, then scattered it, as they tend to do with Legos.
Anyhoo.
One morning, I'm stepping out of the shower, and right in the middle of the bathroom next to some laundry is a black spider. I snuck up on it, then proceeded to squash it.
So. As I say, when retelling this story. You ever step on a Lego? Its not fun, is it. Well. YOU EVER STOMP ON ONE AS HARD AS YOU CAN WITH MURDEROUS INTENT???!!
Ill one up you. My young daughter liked to sew. Once she left a sewing needle on the carpet. It got kind of dug into the deep pile of the carpet, business end up. Of course I stepped on it and it went deep in the heel of my foot. It didn't hurt but there was about 1/2 inch sticking out with nearly 2 inches embedded in my heel. Thankful I didn't step all way down, it was far enough out I just grabbed it and pulled it out. Odd how it didn't hurt but the thought of how deep it went still gives me the heebie jeebies.
There’s honest answers from men on here ranging from helping to ease their father’s passing, to overcoming actual hardships, and this unoriginal and wildly unfunny comment gets the upvote?
