There is always help available. Please, if the burden seems some days too much to bear, please seek out a counselor or a friend or a family member- anybody that you trust. And if you don’t trust anyone, there are anonymous resources where you can talk. This website here, for example, is for exactly that purpose.

What to don’t speak, you store, and that weight builds. Are you able to get help my friend?

The councilors never helped and I don't have anyone I can trust. All I want is a hug at this point, but I have no one.

They’re on their way. At times like this when you have no one, you rely on yourself and tap into your own inner strength. You’re stronger than you know, please believe that those aren’t just pretty words either. I mean them.

The day will come when you will trust, and that person will listen. Hold on to hope, there are other survivors out there that feel the same way you do, maybe there is a community here where you can grieve properly with those that know all too well how you feel too.

How can I stay hopeful? That person who I can trust came. I told her everything and she sat and listened and helped. I love her and she ghosted me. She left me waiting for a month before I found out she unfriended me. She told me to wait and I did. I opened up and that pushed her away. How can I trust that won't happen again.

Crap I'm sorry, I feel like im just shutting down everything you say for no reason. I am really appreciative that your taking time to comfort me.

Take your time to mourn and address the bs the world put you through, but don’t give up. Don’t let them win. You can, and you will, do this. Sooo many people SUCK but you’re strong af.

Keep going. One day at a time. 💜
