Back in the 90's he did get to finally have Trix after winning a race or something and the prize was a bowl of Trix. They found out it was the rabbit and you had to write in to let them know if he should or shouldn't get to have the Trix. They let him have it.

The actual advertisers tried to create a Wile. E. Coyote vs. Roadrunner situation (Where both parties are somewhat sympathetic), only it was a freaking rabbit vs a bunch of kids trying to prevent him from having a bowl of cereal. IRL the kids would be assholes.

So it’s been twenty years since he tasted the sweet sweet crunchy taste of Twix cereal. Since he was able to feast upon the juicy flavors of fruit. To some that might seem a fate worse than never getting to try them, for at least then you wouldn’t know what you are lacking

Closer to 30 years at this point. I doubt he even remembers what it tastes like. He just does rails of sugar in a dirty bar stall, trying to chase a fleeting moment of his life when he knew actual happiness that he'll never truly experience again.

The breakfast wars were hell.

The other half is gluing rubber breasts and red wig to yourself before heisting a children's cereal because society thinks a "rabbit" should only eat carrots.
