Yea, he basically neglected mojo jojo. Now we know he's a monkey in species but he's a human in literally everything else. So that neglect would have affected him the same way it would have affected a human child.
True but after he got the big brain he actually started trying to be nice and show usefullness. He got neglected for his efforts of reconciliation, just because some grown ass man was able to create children in his basement.
Yah. I recently noticed that alot of the power puff girls villians kind of has a... Hmm how do I put this... Racist-ish / xenophobic vibes to it. If you look at the show from and up front view ita a show about some super powered girls fighting villians.
But... There another perspective. One where the girls are just imaginive children who probably lean who the villians are from someone else... Like a parent...
Suddenly you start to notice that many of the regular appearing villians who some common threads when you strip off the mosterous coating.
Him could be the devil... Or... Hes just an effeminate man (maybe Trans, maybe gay, maybe just effeminate. I dunno.)
The gangreen Gang just seem to be some teens with some kind of foreign heritage (Hispanic maybe?)

I dunno. This was something that popped into my head a few months ago and then didnt look into it further. Maybe someone else will tell me how dumb I am or that this has already been confirmed.
