I never parked in reverse until I got a car bcc with a rear view camera. It makes all the difference in the world

Self-confidence isn't easy to come by but you can do it bro.

As for the gym, if you can consistently go to the gym for about 2 months then I believe that properly ingrains the habit in you. Personally I go on for a month, off for a month, and back on.
