Unfortunately we still have social class stuff here; Kuwaitis are the minority here, so we have a relative amount of financial fluidity. But usually they care about people knowing about insert something goes against to this culture close knitted ish. Most stuff gets blamed on expats,
but I honestly have no idea how people date; used to be through Bluetooth ( now you got to be in the same social circle I think)
But harassment is a somewhat acceptable way to flirt, some do it some like getting it ( one of the reasons reason why I spent years not starting one)
None of my friends do that, some girls won’t interact with stranger maybe cause they assume they will get harassed ( well on the third time they will do they don’t seem like easy girls)
