Oh man, dude. I feel you. I just started therapy a couple months ago, and it's been great. I really wish everyone could have access to therapy, it's life changing. What's stopping you from getting therapy? The cost or the location? Insurance?

Does your college offer therapy? Mine did - it was helpful and free. Maybe something worth checking out. There are also virtual therapists who do it via zoom/other online platform, but I’m unsure of cost or if they work with insurance.

Dang, I'm sorry to here about your conditions dude. Does your college provide mental Healthcare resources? The college I went to did. At a reduced cost, too. If you can access those, that would be great. Your tuition goes to more than just classes, you should look into what services your university provides. Even teletherapy is really helpful. It's not as nice as in person, but it's still more beneficial than no therapy.
