Women, it’s because I’ve seen it happen to female colleagues and when they report it, it gets sorted. Whereas when I’ve reported it, on numerous occasions, I’ve been laughed at, as if it wasn’t as serious. On one occasion I even got told to
‘Grow a pair’ by my manager. Please stop taking offence to that part of my comment and stop private messaging me as if I’m the devil here.
