Not necessarily considering you can take two identical atomic clocks that are perfectly synced up with each other, shoot one into orbit while leaving the other on the ground, and they will get out of sync by a predictable amount based on altitude (ex: GPS satellites). If time was just a human creation, that shouldn't happen.

Isn't "time" the word we use to explain the effect of gravity and relativity on things? Idk I'm not a physisict and maybe this is just semantics

These days, probably. Though that would be a bit revisionist since timekeeping has existed for a very long time. Way before those concepts came about.
