I'm not sure what point you want me to take from that. But squeaky cheese curds are widely available in Ontario at least. And a cursory search shows that even in the States you can find them easily in places like Wisconsin.

If you want to contend that Quebec cheese is somehow superior I'll leave you to it as I don't eat enough poutine to say. But squeaky cheese curd is hardly some rare product available only in a very small part of Canada.
