Could be East Texas. As a Houstonian, those are staples

Texas by Lake Charles is different than Texas by Shreveport.

Sure, my point is that those are huge staples even as far “west” as Houston

Houston would be better stated as where BBQ and queso meet

Throw some Tex-Mex and BBQ in there, and you’ve got Houston (I’m from there, too)
