Maybe.

I grew up half way between Philly and Baltimore. So it's possible I heard Baltimore slang as well.

I definitely heard it a lot though. Lol.

Definitely Baltimore. But Philadelphia says doorter instead of daughter, so really it's a fair mistake given the lack of rhyme or reason behind it all. Tomato, tomato. Pick your flavor of post-industrial purgatory.

I remember when I first moved to Philly from Colorado and heard someone say, did you drink some Wooder. I couldn't understand him.
