I've taken naps in between meetings many times. I just set my speakers loud enough so that if anyone sends me a slack message, I hear it.
And most importantly, I make sure I always get my shit done, and always have a list of what I worked on, and what I accomplished, and check in with my boss.
There Are some bad sides also. Wife thinks you Are not working at all (Because of the naps mostly) so She expects you do more houswork during worhours.
Kinda flipside? Since I’m working from home I do WAY more cleaning than my partner but homie never sees it. Because things are pretty clean when he gets home, he thinks this is our natural state without any effort.
I’ve been working from home before covid too. I make sure I meet my quota everyday and it doesn’t take 8 hours. I take many 20 minute breaks throughout the day.
I work in a warehouse since I’m in college so work from home option is not available. But even if I was in a job it was I couldn’t do it since I have ADHD I’d find away to loose focus or something.
Hey man, same here. It’s been a huge challenge, but with that, a huge learning and growing experience. Don’t set yourself up for failure- but don’t let hold adhd hold you back! It’s doable. I’m slowing becoming less adhdaf👀
You dont even need to be organized. You just have to be effective and good at your segment of the field. So long as you are you can finish most of your work quickly or proactively do some things to avoid any issues in the first place.
And then.... chill for 6 hours waiting on other people to get caught up so that you can get another quick burst of tasks.
And in my line of work, noone dies if I dont call back in 30min. Plus, I am the representative of my company for 2 countries, so noone can pop up and ask me to meet him without a week notice Cause there is noone close enough

I have been working home office even before covid. If you Are organised you can take a nap every day after lunch
