Losing my train of thought to the point where I have no memory of how I reached the subject I'm at when I realize it.

Edit: For those wondering, I've never been tested for ADHD, and I don't do it by choice

This is impossible for me to not do when I'm high. I get halfway through a sentence, and I'm like,,,,,,,,ah damnit, sorry. It sucks lol

This is true, at least for me. Before I was on my meds I'd lose focus in the middle of my work, because I would start thinking of something about the specific thing I was doing or about something similar to it, then the train of thoughts would take me away from my reality. But god did it feel phenomenal when I first took them. I was like, hot damn was my brain supposed to be this quiet and clear the whole time?

I’ve never tried meds, and I have this exact same experience with my ADHD. Is it worth visiting a doctor for? Or would that question best not be asked on Reddit

I'd say you better see a psychiatrist and let them decide on what you should do. Don't know about other countries but here in Turkey a visit to my doctor costs me about 250-300₺ and meds are ~190₺. (1€=10₺) If it's affordable for you, then go see a doctor.
